Use chopsticks to dig a small hole in the center of the flour. Slowly pour the right amount of water into the hole. Using the chopstick, from the edge of the small hole, rake the dry flour toward the water in the small hole.
With the chopsticks, mix the dry flour with the water to form a fine floury mixture with a lot of dry flour. Set the flakes aside and pour in the water in small increments over the dry flour.
Use chopsticks to mix the remaining dry flour with the cold water, forming snowflakes with grapes in the bowl. Using your hands, knead the snowflakes and grapes together. Knead to form a smooth dough.
