Marinate 350g chicken with 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce and 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, (cut into pieces). Stir fry the chicken pieces in not tablespoon of oil, add 6 dried shallots, peeled and slightly pressed, 2 slices of ginger, 2 green onions (cut into pieces), 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and timely tablespoon of Lee Kum Kee's Black Bean Spicy Sauce and stir fry well for about 2 minutes or until heated through.
