Material: 500g pork loin.
Accessories: 50 grams of day lily (dried)
Seasoning: 5 g fennel seed, 5 g salt, 5 g scallion 10, 5 g ginger, 5 g garlic (white skin), 2 g monosodium glutamate, 2 g sugar, 25 g vegetable oil and 0/0 g starch (corn).
1. Cut pork tenderloin into two pieces, remove fascia glands, wash, and cut into kidney slices for later use;
