Vitamin B6 is mainly used in human blood, muscle, nerve and skin.
1. Involved in protein synthesis and catabolism metabolism, involved in all amino acid metabolism;
2. Involved in gluconeogenesis, unlipidated fatty acid metabolism;
3. Involved in the synthesis of certain neuromediators;
4. Vitamin B6 and the metabolism of the one-carbon unit, vitamin B12, and folates, if metabolism is impaired will cause megaloblastic anemia; p>

6. Vitamin B6 deficiency is often accompanied by symptoms of vitamin B2;
