The practice of sugar-free cake
Put the egg whites in the refrigerator first.
Egg yolk, water and oil are poured together.
Mix them together. I usually beat them with an eggbeater.
Mix until emulsified and white. Be sure to emulsify.
Sieve the flour in three times and stir until there is no dry powder. Be careful not to be stiff.
Beat the egg whites until they are hard. The older the better, put a little lemon juice before beating.
Mix one third of the egg white and yolk paste, then pour the mixed egg paste into the egg white, preheat the oven 150 and bake for 50 minutes.
