Sea rice and celery

Main and auxiliary ingredients: celery, dried shrimps.

Wash the sea rice and soak it in a little water for 10 minutes.

Tips
1. Do not throw away the water used to soak the sea rice. You can pour it into the pot together to enhance the freshness.
2. Don’t over-fry celery. Only when it is cooked over high heat can it become crispy and tender.
