method of work
1, minced pork in a large bowl, add chicken essence, soy sauce, soy sauce, yellow wine, black pepper and white sugar, stir all the materials in one direction with chopsticks until they stick together, and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the meatballs into three parts, spread them on cooking paper, and spread a layer of plastic wrap on the minced meat. Roll them into large pieces with a rolling pin about 0.2cm thin, and move them into a baking tray to remove the plastic wrap.
