Practice
1. Wash the plums as usual and dry them in cold water.

3. Add rock sugar. The ratio can be plum: wine: rock sugar = 1:1:0.5. Sugar added in several times. Do not add all at once. Sugar can reduce the degree of wine.
Tips
Not drink MM can be appropriate to add more. The white wine is not too high in strength. Otherwise the flavor is too strong taste is not good.
