Method
Dough ingredients: 500 grams of corn flour, 50 grams of white flour.
Stuffing ingredients: some mutton, a little onion, chop into dumpling filling shape, add clear oil, ginger powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well.
Preparation method:
1. Mix cornmeal and white flour with hot water and knead evenly into a dough. After adding the ingredients, knead it into a nest shape with your hands and add the mixture into the dough. Method 2
1. Add appropriate amount of sugar and stir evenly. I like it a little sweeter.
