Ingredients
Dried shiitake mushrooms, 4 fish maws, 2 slices of chicken breast, half a slice of carrot, 1 small strip of cabbage, 250g of brown rice, half a cup of white rice, half a cup of red quinoa, 30g
Method

Soak the fish maw in water the night before. Mushrooms and brown rice are also soaked in water first.

Cut the fish maw into small pieces. Slice mushrooms. Shred the carrots. Shred the cabbage. Cut chicken breast into small slices.

Put all ingredients into the pot and add water. The amount of water covers all ingredients.

After boiling, open the lid and cook over medium-low heat for another five minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes.
