2. If you see the water boiling, add some cold water, gently push jiaozi without stirring, and jiaozi will break when you stir hard. Cook until it floats on the water and you can eat it.
The frozen glutinous rice balls won't melt quickly when they are taken out of the refrigerator. If there is ice on the dumplings, it is suggested to melt them properly first, otherwise the boiled dumplings will not taste good.
4. It is best to use stainless steel pot. First, put proper water on the fire and heat it. When the water is about to boil, slide the jiaozi slowly along the edge of the pot, and then stir it slowly with a spoon. Don't push jiaozi, because they may be pushed. When jiaozi is pushed to the bottom, cover it and wait for jiaozi to boil.
When the water in the pot boils, jiaozi will float slowly. When jiaozi is about to float, gently push it with a spoon. When the jiaozi rises to half of its original value, you can turn off the fire and cook the quick-frozen jiaozi. If you like sweetness, you can also cook it with glutinous rice liqueur.
