The ratio of flour to water is 2: 1, and 5 grams of baking powder is put into every 500 grams of flour. Warm water and noodles. The water temperature should be poured on your hands so as not to feel hot. Scoop three bowls of flour into the right amount of baking powder, mix with warm water and cover tightly. The surface of steamed bread is a little harder than that of steamed bread, and it is not easy to deform after waking up. The home with heating is warmer. After about 2 hours, there are many honeycomb holes in the dough, and the volume is about twice as large as the original, and the dough is fermented. While making dough, prepare other auxiliary materials, wash the red dates and put them in a bowl for later use. Find some red beans, wash them and put them in a small bowl. Pour some oil into another bowl and put an oil brush for later use.
The second step is to knead the noodles. After the dough is made, it should be rubbed repeatedly until the surface is smooth and delicate.
The third step, making and shaping. General production tools are scissors, forks, chopsticks, knives and so on. The production techniques include cutting, kneading, pinching, pulling, picking, pressing, rubbing, dialing and pressing. Cut the kneaded noodles into small doses.

2, jujube flowers. Take a piece of dough, knead it into a round strip, put it in the middle on both sides, put it in the middle with chopsticks and press a red date on it.
3, big flowers. Take three flours, roll out three discs, cut a knife in the middle, line up in a row, roll up from one end and stand upright, and a rose will be made. Take another three noodles, knead into a ball, knead into long strips, and cut a knife in the middle. Put red dates, overlap left and right, then put red dates, overlap, and so on until the compilation is finished. Take two other pasta, knead them and roll them into a round cake. Put the roses in the center of the cake and surround the jujube flowers, and a big steamed bun will be made. The steamed bun is covered with a cage cloth for secondary baking. The time is about 20 minutes.
Step four, steaming. Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, take a steamer and steam. Time depends on the size of the bun. Small steamed buns take 25 minutes, and big steamed buns take 35-45 minutes. First high fire 15 minutes, then turn to low fire.
