500g lotus root
4 jujubes
Salt
Yellow wine
How to make lotus root and dragon bone soup?
Add enough water to the soup pot and bring to a boil.
Use another pot, add some rice wine to the boiling water, and scald the keel until the blood oozes out.
After removing the keel, rinse away the floating foam with clean water.
Put the keel bones and diced lotus roots into the boiling water in the soup pot and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add jujube, turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, then add salt.
