1. Select swimming crabs: Dead swimming crabs are particularly cheap. Some people buy dead swimming crabs in order to save money. This is wrong. Eating seafood means eating "fresh". Only live ones are fresh. Dead ones are not only not fresh, but can also produce bacteria and harm your health. Male crabs have crab paste and female crabs have crab roe, both of which taste delicious. Male crabs have pointed navels, while female crabs have round navels.
2. Prevent swimming crabs from struggling to lose their legs: Put live swimming crabs into the steamer, no matter whether the navel is facing up or down. After being heated, it will struggle to kick off its legs, causing the legs to fall off and the fishy smell will be strong. Therefore, the crabs must not move after being put into the pot. There are three methods:
①Tie the swimming crabs up like hairy crabs;
