If steaming, turn on the steaming setting in the microwave and it will take 25 minutes. If you add rice flour to make steamed pork ribs, it will take 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
Pork ribs, Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce. Chicken essence, salt, sugar, oil, cornstarch
Method:
1. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, a little salt, a little sugar, raw oil and cornstarch to the ribs.
2. Mix well.
Put it in the refrigerator and marinate for about a day. Lazy people and busy people, do this process one night in advance and you will be comfortable tomorrow! (If you are in a hurry to eat it, you don’t need to marinate it for so long).
3. Add one or two spoonfuls of barbecued pork sauce to the marinated pork ribs.
4. Mix well.
5. Add a little water.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and use a toothpick to poke a few holes in the plastic wrap to make it "breathable".
7. Select "Steamed Pork Ribs" on the function button of the microwave oven, and then press "Start". If your microwave oven does not have this "steamed pork ribs" button, just choose to microwave for 25 minutes
