1 Thinly slice the beef tenderloin. Pat it apart with the back of a knife or a meat mallet.
2 Put red wine, oyster sauce, black pepper, chicken essence, soy sauce. Put on disposable gloves and scratch well. Finally pour in sesame oil.
3 Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator in the cold layer.
4Marinate for 2 hours or more (I marinate for 24 hours). Pat the beef with a little dry cornstarch before preparing to fry it.
5 white sugar, soy sauce, red wine, black pepper into a sauce, cornstarch sauce.
6 pan oil, sautéed garlic and diced onion, pour the sauce, stir fry evenly, pour the starch sauce. Stir fry a few times into black pepper sauce.
7 Cook the spiralized noodles and set aside.
8 Put oil in a pan. Heat oil over high heat to 80% and add steak. Change the heat to low.
9Flip over when one side is browned and congealed. Sear both sides and plate, put spiralized flour and pour black pepper sauce.
