The heroine of Yuzi Market is Ooji Mochizou and the heroine is Yu Zi. The story takes place in the prosperous Rabbit Hill Store Street. Yuzi, the daughter of the rice cake store, and Ooji Mochizou, the son of the opposite rice cake store, are neighbors and childhood friends. They knew each other since childhood and grew up together, and they experienced joy, shyness and pain in their growth together.

"Yuzi Market" is the second original animation of Kyoto animation, and TV animation began to be broadcast on January 9, 213. The theatrical version of Yuzi's love story was released on April 26th, 214.
