pharmacological action
1, antiasthmatic effect
The isolated tracheal smooth muscle test showed that the volatile oil extracted from the fruit of Zanthoxylum bungeanum 10μl/ml could relax the normal tracheal smooth muscle of guinea pigs and the tracheal smooth muscle convulsed by acetylcholine or histamine. Adding volatile oil in advance can block the contraction caused by acetylcholine and histamine. Perfusion with Locke solution containing 1μl/ml volatile oil can increase the isolated lung perfusion of normal guinea pigs from the third minute, giving guinea pigs 300μl/kg gastric perfusion and intraperitoneal injection of 170μl/kg has obvious protective effect on bronchospasm caused by 5% acetylcholine spray. The results of passive skin allergy test in rats, anaphylactic shock in guinea pigs and anaphylactic contraction test in isolated ileum of guinea pigs showed obvious antiallergic effect, and at the same time, it had obvious antagonistic effect on the contraction of intestinal segment in guinea pigs caused by slow-acting substances. It shows that its antiasthmatic effect is not only related to bronchiectasis, but also related to the formation and release of antiallergic media.
2. Anti-arrhythmia
After giving 0.3ml/kg of Zanthoxylum bungeanum oil to mice for 3 consecutive days, it can obviously reduce the incidence of ventricular fibrillation caused by chloroform, become resistant to arrhythmia caused by barium chloride, quickly restore the arrhythmia caused by biaxial tachycardia in rats caused by barium chloride to normal sinus rhythm, and increase the dose and lethal dose of arrhythmia caused by aconitine, but the statistics are not significant, and it has no antagonistic effect on arrhythmia caused by gossyposide G.
3. Antifungal effect
0.005%-0.0 1% Shanji pepper oil can inhibit 9 kinds of dermatophytes, such as Trichophyton chrysogenum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Epidermophyton floccosum and Sporozoa gypsophila. 0.033%-0. 1% can also inhibit Candida albicans, Cryptococcus neoformans, Sporothrix spp. and several skin coloring fungi (Cladosporium perfringens, Cladosporium carinii, Fusarium solani, Lvmu powdery mildew, etc.). Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus can only be inhibited if the inhibitory effect on Aspergillus is weak until the concentration is increased to 1%. In addition to bacteriostasis, Shanji pepper oil has a certain degree of bactericidal effect. It is preliminarily considered that the effective antibacterial components are citral and so on.
