Steps of roasted scallops with garlic flavor
1.? Be sure to buy fresh scallops when washing them. Meat and shell are connected together, otherwise it may be frozen and then put into the shell, which will not taste good.
2.? Warm water is about 40 degrees, soak the vermicelli 10 minute, and cut the vermicelli short after soaking, about 15 cm.
3.? Add peanut oil, chopped garlic, or mashed garlic pressed with that tool to a hot pot and stir-fry garlic. It will smell good, haha. Add cooking wine, sugar and light soy sauce and simmer 15 seconds. Spread vermicelli on scallops, and then pour the cooked garlic juice on them. You can have more soup because it's baked.
4.? If you wrap it in tin foil, it won't dry. The taste is all in it. Put it in an oven preheated to 220 degrees 15 minutes.
