Lin Qiu Gowasu is a low-alcohol beverage, which is very popular in Russian, Ukrainian and other Eastern European countries. It is fermented from dry bread, and its color is similar to beer but slightly red.

Gowasu originated in Russia and has a history of 1000 years. According to some records, when Russian aristocrats travel to Paris and live in their charming upper class, they will feel pain because there is no Gowasu there, and even go home. Gowasu/Kvas (Russian, Ukrainian: квас, meaning "fermentation"; Polish: kwaschlebowy, which means "fermented with bread".
