How to make Teppanyaki at home:
Materials:
Frozen pan-fried dumplings, 1 bag of panko, a little sliced beef, a little bacon, 1 bag of enoki mushrooms, 1 eggplant, 3 roots.
5 chicken wings, 1 lettuce, green onion, scallion, garlic.
Exercise:
1. If it's for dinner, marinate the chicken wings ahead of time for lunch. Cut a slice between two chicken wing bones so that the marinade is flavorful and easy to cook.
2. Marinate the beef for ten minutes, then cut it into small pieces, shred the colored peppers, cut the scallions into small pieces and skewer them with toothpicks.
3. Cut eggplant strips with bacon rolls and secure with toothpicks. You can also roll enoki mushrooms in bacon. Onions, garlic and shallots can be cut into two small bowls and baked in. Lettuce is used to wrap the pancetta.
4. To make the pan-fried dumplings first, defrost the speed dumplings slightly, heat and pour the oil in an electric pie pan, put them on, wait until the bottom is lightly browned, then pour them into a bowl of hot water and simmer with the lid on. When the water is reduced, open the lid and continue to cook them until the bottom of the dumplings become brown.
