Sweet potatoes, milk, flour, egg whites, sugar, egg yolks, oil
Method
1. Peel and steam the sweet potatoes. Cooked and then pureed.
2. Add milk and stir evenly, then add appropriate amount of flour to make a thick paste.
3. Beat the egg whites into another container and add appropriate amount of sugar to beat.
4. Then pour the beaten egg white and egg yolk into the sweet potatoes, and stir evenly again.
5. Grease the prepared container with oil, pour the sweet potato paste into boiling water and steam it for 20 minutes.
