Sprinkle baking powder on the flour and stir the flour with warm water. Personally, I think it is enough to knead it evenly, because the skin will be rolled at the back. If it's steamed bread, knead it in place!
Second step
Knead dough is fermented in a warm place. I usually put it in a pot filled with warm water and cover it. Winter will grow faster! It's almost twice as big!
Third step
Sprinkle some dry powder on the dry chopping board, put the fermented dough on the chopping board and knead it vigorously, then roll it into a rectangular dough about 0.5 cm.

Spread the sauce evenly on the dough first.

Then evenly sprinkle the powder bag according to your own taste, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chop some chopped green onion, because I don't have dried vegetable bag for instant noodles, otherwise I can use dried vegetable bag and omit chopped green onion.

Roll up the dough, the edge will look better at the bottom, and then cut it into your favorite size!
