Random thoughts:
1. You can add chives, we only have green onions at home. , I didn’t let it go.
2. Wipe the carrots with small filaments, otherwise they will prick back and forth when they are bunched together.
3. I did not add starch to the main ingredients. Remember to add starch if you want to make this dish later.
4. My hometown uses sweet potato powder. I suggest you buy sweet potato powder if you want to make it. I don’t know how effective other starches are in actual operation. If you use sweet potato powder, you must grind it into powder. .
