Pan-fried sea bass with ginger and scallion
Ingredients: sea bass, ginger, garlic, millet chili, edamame, green onion
Marinade: cut sea bass into pieces and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine + 1 tablespoon of soy sauce + moderate pepper + 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and marinate well for 15 minutes
