Practice

Methods

Tips

Practice
Cooked Beef:
1. Boil water in a pot, and when the water boils, put the beef down to cook. After a few minutes to remove the blood foam on the floating surface.
2. Under the ginger, grass nuts, and star anise, cover and cook until the chopsticks poke into the beef, raise the chopsticks, no blood.
3. Soak the beef in the broth for half an hour, remove it and keep the broth.
4. When the beef cools down, put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Beef jerky practice:
1. Slice the beef first smooth tendon, and then cross tendon cut strips, cut into the more 0.8 cm thick strips.
2. Beef strips put white wine, salt, shredded ginger and white shredded scallions, salt mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
