How to make homemade bayberry wine
Material collection diagram: < /p>
1. Remove the stems and leaves of bayberry, rinse them twice, soak them in light salt water for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse them with cold boiled water.
2. After draining, place it in a cool and ventilated place until completely dry.
3. Bayberry is easy to attract bugs. It is best to put a thin piece of gauze on the vegetable basket when drying.
4. After the bayberry is dry, put it into a clean sealable bottle.
5. Add rock sugar. (You don’t have to have too much sugar, I used about 70g)
6. Pour in the white wine, the wine should cover the bayberries to form a seal. Cover and store in a cool place. You can drink it after two to three months.
