1, xiaodian district: located in the southeast of Taiyuan, at the northern end of Jinzhong Basin, bordering Yuci District of Jinzhong City in the east, Qingxu County in the south, facing Jinyuan District across the Fenhe River in the west, and yingze district in the north to the south inner ring street. It is the main expansion area of Taiyuan's urban development strategy of "moving south to the west, expanding capacity and upgrading quality" and the frontier of joint development between Taiyuan and Jinzhong.

2. yingze district is the central city of Taiyuan and the political, economic, cultural, transportation, media, communication and financial center.

3. Xinghualing District: Both yingze district and Taiyuan are the central city, and the ancient city of Taiyuan built by Song Dynasty is located in Xinghualing District.

4. jiancaoping district: Formerly known as the former northern suburb, located in the northern part of the main city of Taiyuan. There are many scenic spots in jiancaoping district, such as Juewei Mountain, and six of the "Eight Scenes Outside Ancient Bingzhou" are distributed in the territory. Now it is an important tourist area in Taiyuan and has broad development prospects.

5. Wanbailin District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, and is the west gate of Taiyuan.

6. Jinyuan District: It was established on 1998 1 month 1 day after the administrative division of Taiyuan City was adjusted. It is located in the site of Jinyang Ancient City in the southwest of Taiyuan City, and is famous for its long history, rich culture and numerous cultural relics.
