2. Cut the sea cucumber, pork, cake, bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms into 0.6 cm square dices, and put them into the chest of the turtle together with scallops, lotus seeds and glutinous rice.

【 Precautions 】 This dish is delicious with rotten meat and smooth mushrooms. Turtle must be washed to avoid fishy smell. It will taste better with some pepper.
