Steps
1. Soak the green clams in water, add appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of sesame oil for at least half an hour.
2. Put oil in the pot and saute shallots and ginger.
3. Pour in the green clams, stir-fry well, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes. Do not add water!

Tips
