Ingredients: 2 chicken legs, rice noodles, bean sprouts, shallots and ginger.
Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, white pepper and sesame oil.
Practice:
① Soak the rice noodles in boiling water for 2 hours in advance, bring the rice noodles to a boil, put them into the rice noodles and cook for 10 minutes, then take them out.
(2) Add clear water to the pot, release ginger slices, onion segments and chicken legs and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. When it is 80% ripe, add a little salt and white pepper to add fragrance. After cooking, remove the residue and chicken leg meat, and let the chicken leg meat cool for a while and tear it into silk.
③ Put half a spoonful of salt, half a spoonful of chicken essence, half a spoonful of white pepper and 1 spoonful of sesame oil at the bottom of the bowl, add a tablespoon of chicken soup and stir well. Cook the bean sprouts for 1 minute, put them into rice noodles, and put on shredded chicken and chopped green onion.
Tips :
-The rice noodle used is thick, so it needs to be cooked for a while, and how long it takes to cook depends on the nature of your own rice noodle!
-If possible, you can make it with whole chicken stew, which will be more delicious!
