Marinate chicken wings with a spoonful of cooking wine, onion ginger, a spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of Orlean powder and a proper amount of pepper for half an hour!
Deep-fry chicken wings in hot oil until both sides are golden and cooked. Stir-fry minced garlic, pour in chicken wings, add a spoonful of cooking wine and appropriate amount of sugar and stir well.
