This product is the dried ear of Mulberry, a Moraceae plant. When the fruit turns red from April to June, it is harvested and dried, or slightly steamed and dried.
Characteristics This product is a multi-flowered fruit, which consists of many small achenes. It is rectangular, with a length of 1 ~ 2 cm and a diameter of 0.5 ~ 0.8 cm. Yellow-brown, reddish brown to deep purple, (rare color is milky white when ripe), and the fruit stalk is short.
