Oyster sauce is made from raw oysters and is a commonly used fresh flavor seasoning. Oyster sauce is relatively high in nutritional value and has a very good flavor. If you like it, you can put some of it properly when making coleslaw to increase the fresh flavor.
But it is not advisable to put oyster sauce directly into the coleslaw when making it, as it will be sticky and the taste will not be very good.
It is best to pour hot oil on top of the oyster sauce, then add other seasonings, then mix well, and finally move into the gazpacho.
