There are actually many ways to make spring bamboo shoots in oil, and I recommend one of my favorites below.
Materials: 200 grams of spring bamboo shoots, 25 grams of soy sauce, 20 grams of sugar, 15 grams of monosodium glutamate, 5 grams of salt, 50 grams of vegetable oil.
Specific method: cut the bamboo shoots into 5 cm long strips, the frying pan to seven hot, the bamboo shoots into the oil to the bamboo shoots water is basically dry after pouring out. Pot to stay in the bottom oil hot pour into the spring bamboo shoots, and then add soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate and the right amount of water, with a small fire simmering until the water is basically dry, dripping some of the oil can be mounted on the plate.
