100g glutinous rice, 100g white rice, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, 2 eggs, 50g flour, 50g breadcrumbs.
How to make
(1) Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 3 hours
(2) Drain the water and add the white rice and mix it well
(3) Put it on a plate, and steam it for about 20 minutes
(4) Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl
(5) Lay out a flat surface with a sheet of cling film, and lay the rice in the lowest part of the layer first

(7) Spread the rice into rolls
(8) Sprinkle the rice rolls with flour, sweep over the egg mixture and then dip in the breadcrumbs
(9) Add enough oil for frying to a frying pan, and fry the rolls on high heat for about 3 minutes or until the tops of the rolls are golden brown
(10) Lift out the rolls and put them on a sheet of kitchen paper to soak up any excess grease.
(11) Finally, sprinkle salt and pepper on the rice rolls, cut them into half and serve.
