Tea is the most important source of antioxidants in the Netherlands, accounting for about 55% of the daily intake of antioxidants, but chocolate is also an important source, accounting for about 20% of the total intake. So the researchers concluded that "the old Dutch custom of drinking tea with a chocolate cookie is not just a treat, it's also healthy, but not too much.... Eat one a day, it's good for you. It doesn't have to be Dove dark chocolate, others are the same.
