1. Refrigerate directly. Remove the shell from the uneaten durian, pack it in a clean bag, and put it in the refrigerator compartment. When you need to eat, just take it out and leave it for a while before eating.
2. Freeze. Remove the excess husk from the durian. You can also leave some husk, pack it in a plastic bag or box, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator, and take it out to defrost when you want to eat it.
3. Add some peanuts, walnuts, jujubes, and longan meat to the durian and make soup together, then add some salt to taste.
