1 Cut off the fish head, wash and drain.
2 Slice ginger, soak Lycium barbarum in warm water for 5 minutes, and drain the water; Coriander is washed and chopped for later use.
Heat a pot with a little oil, saute ginger slices, add sturgeon fish head and fry for a while.
4 Pour the pork bone soup and bring it to a boil.
5 Turn the fish head and soup into a casserole, simmer, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
6 Add Lycium barbarum and proper amount of salt, continue to cook for 5- 10 minutes, and turn off the fire.
