1. Ingredients: 250g high-gluten flour, 120ml milk, 30g white sugar, 4g yeast powder, 30g butter, 1 egg, 100g low-gluten flour, 1 egg, 40g white sugar, 40g butter.
2. Pour all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine.
3. Press the kneading button and select 30 minutes.
4. After mixing, pour in the softened butter, continue kneading the dough for 10 minutes, and ferment for another 1 hour.
5. Make pineapple skin during the fermentation process.
6. Add sugar last and then knead the dough.
7. After the dough has risen, knead it to release the air.
8. Place in light wave oven, 175 degrees, 20 minutes.
9. Take it out when the time is up.
