(1) Tian Zi Sushi
Ingredients: sushi eggs, cucumbers, carrots, sushi rice, seaweed, crispy pork floss.
Practice: 1, cut 1 piece of seaweed into 4 pieces with the same size, and roll them into cucumber strips, carrot strips and sushi eggs from 3 pieces.
2. Spread sushi rice on the remaining 1/4 pieces of seaweed, sprinkle with crispy pork floss and roll it up.
3. Roll the prepared four kinds of seaweed into a "field" shape and arrange it on half a piece of seaweed, roll it tightly and arrange the pieces.
(2) Egg roll sushi
Ingredients: egg, rice, corn, sausage, carrot, dried tangerine peel and laver.
Practice: 1, prepare sushi mats and large pieces of seaweed for sushi; Fry a large egg slice with even thickness.
2. Mix corn, sausage, carrot and dried tangerine peel with rice; Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the sushi table first.
3. Spread the fried eggs, rice and stuffing on the plastic wrap in turn; Roll evenly, be careful not to use too much force, or the egg will break.
(3) Ham and cheese sushi rolls
Ingredients: cucumber, bacon, seaweed slices, sushi rice, plastic wrap, ham, smoked cheese slices.
Practice: 1. Wash cucumber with salt, cut it in half vertically, remove seeds, and then cut it into thin strips for later use.
2. After the bacon is fried in the pan, use a napkin to absorb oil, and then cut it into fine powder for later use.
3. Spread sushi rice on seaweed slices, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, turn the seaweed slices over, wrap them with ham slices and cheese slices, roll them up after step 1, and roll them up in step 2.
(4) Crab sushi
Ingredients: sushi rice, seaweed, crab roe and green mustard.
Practice: 1. Knead the rice into a rice ball of the same size by hand, and put a little green mustard on it.
2. The side is surrounded by seaweed, which is about 1/3 higher than rice balls; Carefully put in the crab seeds.
(5) Fruit cake sushi
Ingredients: sushi rice, perilla powder, kiwi fruit, orange slices, hazelnuts, cake model, plastic wrap, apple slices, strawberries and mint leaves.
Practice: 1. Evenly mixing perilla plum powder and sushi rice for later use; Peel and slice kiwi fruit for later use.
2. Spread a piece of plastic wrap on the model, fill rice with the method of 1 to 1/2, fully compact by hand, spread a layer of kiwi fruit slices, then fill rice on the model, and demould after compaction.
3. Arrange orange slices, apple slices, strawberries and kiwi slices on the shaped rice at will, and then decorate with hazelnuts and mint leaves.
(6) Sushi rolls with mashed potatoes and sliced meat
Ingredients: mashed potatoes, laver, sliced black pepper and corn.
Practice: 1. Cut the potatoes and cook them, then put them in bags and press them into mud.
2. Spread laver, corn mashed potatoes and black pepper slices on the mat in turn and roll them into rolls; Cut into sections.
