The cooked eggs can be eaten when you are hungry, and it is great without heating.
Homemade hillbilly eggs
1 Boil the eggs in water for 10 minutes, cool them and peel them.
2 put all the seasonings together, put the peeled eggs in the same pot and cook for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat when the eggs are painted.
It tastes better after soaking for a day or two.
Step 1: Boil the egg half-cooked, and the egg white will solidify, because it saves fire, and then peel off the egg skin. Step 2: put a little water in the pot, stir-fry with sugar (even if the stir-fry is not good, it doesn't matter), just open the saccharification. Step 3: marinate the eggs. Stir-fry the sugar color, add the eggs, let the eggs be coated with sugar, then add the soy sauce, water, aniseed, cinnamon and fragrant leaves, and cook for ten minutes with slow fire. (Because there is salt in the soy sauce, don't put salt.) Step 4: Collect the juice. After eating, open a big fire, drain the juice and let the marinade cover the whole egg, and the hillbilly egg will be ready. The fragrant marinated eggs are ready, mixed with millet porridge, which the baby likes very much, nutritious and healthy, and can be eaten for three days in the refrigerator. It's better than the hillbilly eggs, and there is no preservative.
25 eggs, cooked, put in cold water (easy to peel), peeled and put in a pot, put a bag of soy sauce, common bagged soy sauce, boil for 40 minutes, and then let it cool. It's delicious.
If you can't eat so much, you can halve it.
If soy sauce can't cover the eggs, you can put less water.
Thirty eggs. A bottle of beer. A spoonful of soy sauce. A spoonful of sugar and salt.
Until all the soup is boiled dry.
Just do it.
That's what my family does.
I think it's delicious.
