1. Prepare the soil
Planting mangosteen requires loose, breathable soil with good drainage. Vermiculite, plain sand or medical stone can also be used.
2. Soaking and rooting
Collect some mangosteen seeds, wash them, and then soak them in water. You need to change the water every day and they will take root in about 2 weeks.
3. Bury in the pot soil
Bury the rooted mangosteen seeds in the prepared pot soil. At this time, pay attention to placing the sprout tip upward and burying it in the soil about 1cm deep.
4. Water thoroughly
Water in time after planting to make the roots and soil stick together more closely, speed up the germination time and improve the survival rate.
5. Maintenance methods
Mangosteens will be cultivated in dispersed and ventilated areas. It should not be placed under strong light and pay attention to the temperature. A growing environment of about 25 ℃ should be provided, and new shoots can grow in about 10-15 days.
