Oil-fried Crabs
Ingredients: Crabs, green onions, ginger, garlic, red pepper, soy sauce, sugar, salt
Method:
1. Brush the crabs clean with a small brush and remove the sharp corners
2. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions, ginger, garlic and pepper until fragrant, add the crabs and stir-fry
3 , stir-fry continuously until the color turns red
4. Add soy sauce, a little salt and water and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat
5. Add a little sugar and stir-fry for a while and take off the pot
