Ingredients
Spinach
1 poundLye flour
a littleSalt
a littleFlour
a small bowlSteamed Vegetable Bumps How to do it
First wash the spinach and chop it. (The illustration is capers not spinach, try to chop it very much, but don't use a juicer to beat it)
Put the chopped spinach into a basin, pinch a little lye evenly sprinkled on the spinach with your hand and sprinkle a little salt on it. (The lye is to keep the spinach bright green and the salt is to make the spinach juicy)
Leave it for 2-3 minutes, then rub the spinach with your hands to make it well drained, then pour in the flour and stir. (
Mixed spinach yards on the steamer cloth, yards flat, on the pot to steam for 15-20 minutes, steamed out of the steamer and set aside to cool, about five minutes or so out of the cut pieces.
Mixing juice: take a small bowl, put a little oil chili, chicken essence, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, burning oil splash, pour balsamic vinegar.
