The way of doing it varies from place to place:
In our family, we first add a little flour and a little water to thwart the flour into lumps, the size according to personal preference, but a little more uniform. Then we make vegetable soup, when the soup is ready, season it with salt, sprinkle the lumps into the soup and keep stirring until it is ripe and ready to serve.
Noodles are not difficult to make! Add a little water at a time to the noodles, then use your hands to grab some dry noodles, then pinch the wet noodles and twist them with your thumb between your other four fingers to create tiny flakes. Repeat the process.
The noodle soup is made for people with weak bodies or weak stomachs, so it takes a lot of patience and love to make it.
The thin noodle soup that a few others have mentioned is different from the one we call fish and chips (fish and chips). And it takes a lot of skill to put it in the pot. If you don't do it right, you'll end up with a big lump on a small one.
