1. First, wash the dried cured fish with straw in clean water several times, drain the water and chop into pieces for later use.
2. Wash the iron pot and heat the oil, add the cured fish pieces and stir-fry for a few times. Add appropriate amount of ginger and water and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Stir it every few minutes while simmering, then add the pickled chili pepper and pickled radish, mix well and continue to cook.
4. Then cook the cured fish thoroughly and taste it. Add salt and finally add green garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
