Because of the trademark problem of "Little Sheep".

In the same year 1 1 month, Huacheng Company asked the condiment distributor of Little Sheep Company to take off the bottom material of Little Sheep hot pot it sold.

Little Sheep Company brought the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce to court. Little Sheep Company believes that the high correlation between instant-boiled mutton seasoning and instant-boiled mutton hot pot catering service completely constitutes similar goods and services stipulated in the Trademark Law. After more than a month's trial, the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court made a judgment, and the State Trademark Review and Adjudication Board revoked its trademark ruling on August 24, 2009 that Inner Mongolia Huacheng Science and Trade Co., Ltd. registered "Little Sheep" as its instant-boiled mutton soup and other condiments.
