Breakfast: 1 cup of warm honey water+1 boiled egg +2 slices of bread (preferably whole wheat or miscellaneous grains, healthy)+1 banana.
Lunch: 1 bowl of rice (moderate amount)+1 serving of boiled vegetables (mild taste)+sliced carrots (chicken)/boiled duck kelp (snow beans can be added).
Dinner: tomato 1-2 (uncooked)+pure milk 1 cup (250ml)/ bottle of yogurt (glass bottle, like tofu).
Eat 5 almonds/10 sunflower seeds and other nuts in the middle of each meal (if you are hungry).
