1. Fish and Chicken
Shredded chicken tastes better, of course - but isn't shredding a waste of time? It's ok if you have shredded meat from the butcher store to help with the process.
Chicken breast diced with salt, carrots, cucumbers, peppers diced - anything that is good to do is diced, if there are slices of yucca will be even better (all eaten about 5-7 minutes). 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of vinegar, half a spoon of sugar, a pinch of salt to mix into a sauce, hot pan oil, Pixi County Bean Sauce stir-fried, the chicken diced and put it in the right place, and when the color becomes and put some carrots and magnolia slices for a while, and then put some cucumber into it, turn a few times, the sauce Gary fried evenly, thickening the pot. Fast if 5 minutes no problem, slow if 8 minutes is about the same.
2:Hot and Sour Cabbage
Also known as dashi, bok choy, bok choy or whatever.
Cabbage shredded, chili and dry chili pepper in a frying pan to fry (be careful not to paste quickly), shredded cabbage immediately stir-fried, soft and then simmer with a little water. If you like crispy stew, you can simmer for a short time so you can control it yourself. Serve out of the pot with at least two tablespoons of vinegar and thicken the sauce. Hurry or the flavor will run away.
3. Crab Tofu
Salted duck egg, one egg yolk and yolk separately. Stir fry the yolk over low heat. When lots and lots of little bubbles come up, put in a box of inner fat tofu, shovel it with a spatula, stir-fry it a little, and drain it. Boil for 2 or 3 minutes, then break up the water and thicken inside. Good and delicious.
4. Mapo Tofu
Medium heat stir fry Pixian bean paste (other things like dashi chili pepper and so on does not matter, but this must be there), put a good dry chili and a little meat mixture, the meat mixture when browning add a bowl of water. When the water boils, put in a box of tofu. It's not authentic to use a box, but it can be flavored in a short time. Drive for 2 minutes, thicken with cilantro and shredded scallions. The end.
5, fried liver tip
Pork liver with cooking wine, salt, cornstarch slices, cucumber slices, or put peppercorns, ginger, garlic, you need a lot of pieces.
Scallions into the hot oil and stir fry, add a little ginger and garlic flavor, put the liver, quickly stir fry. Because of the starch inside, slow frying will stick to the pan. Add a little soy sauce, stir-fry until discolored liver all cooked, add cucumber slices. Stir fry well after the useless ginger and garlic minced all put in the stir fry. It's ok, evenly stick to the liver, out of the pan.

Wash the fish head ~ hot pan ~ put oil ~ ginger ~ fish head to taste and put it in, remember to cut it, do not throw a big fish head down).

The soup is vegetarian when the white bird put salt MSG and then out of the pot, it will be a while before you can eat vegetarian.
9. Steamed crucian carp
Carp cleaned up (buy back and kill the fish, take it back to wash yourself, can also). Scratch the fish and dip it in salt. 10. Sauerkraut fish
Raw materials: the most common sauerkraut, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, some dried chili peppers, the market bought fifty cents a bag of battered fish fillets.

Practice:Heat the oil, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, dried chili peppers and other ingredients stir fry for 1 minute, pour in the sauerkraut, stir fry for about 3 minutes, add a little soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence (want to eat any flavor can be), pour boiling water on top of the sauerkraut, about 2 minutes is good. Once boiling, remove the sauerkraut and place in a bowl. Place the fish fillets in the broth and bring to a boil.
Finally:If it's for aesthetics, pour the oil into a pan, bring it to a boil, and pour it over the finished product. It will definitely be ready in ten minutes.

Don't ask me why, I don't know), add enoki mushrooms, salt, sugar, chicken essence, white vinegar, whatever you want, and lastly, add fatty beef. Boil the water and put it on a plate.
Absolutely no time to finish it in ten minutes.
12. rice cooker fried chicken wings
First put in the oil (do not use too much), press the cooking button to preheat, and so almost cooked, put in the chicken wings, fry until half-cooked, add a little sugar. Use chopsticks to turn them over on the way, so they won't get mushy even when heated.
Takes about 10 minutes.
13. Wine Flavored Bean Sprouts

Scrape the skin of the loofah - preferably clean. Be lazy and peel them. Cut them into wheels and place them on a flat surface. It's covered in minced garlic, ginger and chili, but garlic is OK. Steam them in a pot for about ten minutes. If it's too hot the color won't look good and it tastes about the same.
16. Cola Chicken Wings
When you buy a pound of chicken wings on the weekend, boil them for two minutes to get rid of the blood foam and dirt, then add soy sauce, soya sauce, salt, MSG, or a can of cola or beer, cook for 15 minutes, and put them in a lunch box. Soak broccoli or cauliflower in salted water for half an hour, then rinse it off with water and sprinkle some salt on it.
When you cook every day, put the chicken wings and vegetables on top of the rice when the water is boiling. When the rice is cooked, you can eat the chicken wings and vegetables.

Mushrooms, chanterelle, apricot mushrooms, flat mushrooms, straw mushrooms, any mushrooms you want to choose. Cut! Hard mushrooms taste better.

Then, pour out the water from the previous pan, stir fry the garlic, celery, and shredded pepper in the oil from the new pan, pour the mushrooms into the pan, stir fry, and season with salt.
Finally, pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle with black pepper, plate and turn off the heat.
It's easy, super tasty, delicious and nutritious!
21. Mushroom Fried Chicken
Dice the chicken breast, wash and dice the mushrooms, you can cut some chili.
Stir fry for a few minutes ~ very tasty.
And baked chicken wings, which are actually pretty quick, if you have an oven.
Cook in boiling water for three minutes to remove the blood foam, remove, brush with sauce, and throw in the oven for fifteen minutes. That's fifteen minutes enough to make another dish. Great value for money.
22. Sweet and Sour Potato Slices
Slice the potatoes (slicing is still quite easy), pour more oil in the pot (more oil is the key), keep stirring the potatoes in the pot until they are thick and sticky, and then put the vinegar, salt, and sugar and stir well. It's delicious.

Add about half a kilogram of chicken gizzards, salt cooking wine, and ginger to a pot of cold water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes. During this time cut a lot of shredded green onions and a few green peppers. Love can also be replaced with onions, a little garlic powder, cilantro.
Remove, wash off the foam, cut into thick slices. Basically a gizzard cut three or four times, small once or twice, half a catty rarely.
Heat the oil, fry the dried chili pepper until crisp, the gizzard slices, shredded green onion, shredded chili pepper, garlic powder, cilantro, etc. all shake out. Taste into the hot pot. Add a little seasoned soy sauce, vinegar, sugar can be served!
25. onion fried shredded beef
Buy beef and ask the butcher to process it into shredded beef (I don't have a knife, it takes time to cut it up) 350g or so. Peel the onion and cut into shredded onion. When the oil is hot, add ginger, shredded beef and stir fry until half cooked (about 1 minute), add shredded onion and stir fry for another 1 minute, add a little sugar and soy sauce (for those with heavy taste, you can add five spice powder or dried chili), and stir fry for another 1 minute to serve.
Really tasty and nutritious. The sauteed onion is raw and tastes sweet and crunchy, and the beef is tender. A bowl of white rice, poured on a plate, topped with soup and shredded beef and onions, is a nice and tasty bowl of mixed rice.
